How Long We Store Personal Data
All records of your purchases will be kept for three (3) years in order to maintain compliance with New York State law.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
We use end-to-end encryption for all Personal Data transmitted between our Site, servers, and our users. Payments are processed by Square (a third-party payment processor) in an encrypted and secure manner. Orders are handled through Wix.
While we try to take all necessary precautions to safeguard our users against a potential security breach, there is always an inherent risk of harm when communicating on the Internet. Therefore, we cannot guarantee user’s security or privacy across the Internet besides offering the highest level of security we possibly can.
Children
The minimum age to use our Site is 13 years or older. We do not knowingly collect or use Personal Data from children 12 and younger. If we learn that we’ve collected Personal Data from a child under the age of 12 without parental consent, we will immediately destroy the Data to comply with COPPA. If parents or guardians discover that their child has provided us with their Personal Data, they may contact us to have it immediately destroyed.
How To Access, Modify, Delete, or Challenge the Data Collected
We regret to say that we unfortunately cannot destroy data collected automatically for security purposes. However, for potentially personally identifiable information that is given to us when certain actions are performed on our Site, we are able to track the use of that information and destroy it.
